Treatment Ratings

    Supportive Shoes
    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Physical Therapy, Rest, Stretching, Compression Socks

I endured intermittent pain for nearly a year with the most relief coming from occasional steroid injections and slight relief coming frmo other means such as compression socks, physical therapy, stretching etc...but when I got my first pair of MBT shoes - within 2 weeks of wearing them every day 12 hours each day - my pain was completely gone! I do not wear high heels or clogs anymore. When I begin to feel any return of pai I go back to my MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) shoes and the pain vanishes!
