I had very painful heels from several years of full time work on my feet on concrete floors.

Nsaids and ice alone were not enough to cure this or give me long term relief. I was finally sent to a podiatrist. First he recommended Nike Air Crosstrainers and Tulli's Heel Cups. This began to provide relief. I then had a cortisone injection in my heel that was one of the most painful procedures I have ever had. Afterwards it hurt so bad I couldn't walk. I just wish they had warned me that it could hurt after for 24-48 hours. I began taking vitamin C & E also. That was in about 1999. I have been almost 100% pain free in my left heel ever since!

Now I know that if I start feeling the familiar pain I start grinding ice with my foot and double up on the vitamins and it won't get any worse. I am blessed.
