NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Rest, Taping

My foot was hurting and the pain made it hard to walk. I wasn't sure what was going on until I visited a foot doctor. She diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, taped my foot, and prescribed an anti-inflammatory. The taping really supported my foot and my foot felt so good once it was on. I bought more tape and continued to use it. As the title says - time was the most important element. The healing process took time! Like 2 to 3 months. I believe the tape was the best part of the treatment. The tape and resting my foot when I could. This was 3 years ago and I have not had any reoccurrences. Best wishes in healing if you are reading this!
