    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs

After approximately a year of excruciating PF pain, I went to a Dr who told me that surgery was the only way to correct my pain. Not willing to undergo something so invasive, I began regular treatments of Reflexology, which is a deliberate pressure point massage of the feet. The relief was immediate, but temporary. It took approximately 4 months of professional and self treatment to achieve total healing, PF pain has never returned after 5 years. I was so impressed on the level of relief that I actually changed careers and now offer Reflexology to my Massage Therapy clients.
