You name it I tried it, they all helped for awhile, even maybe improved it. The longer I work though the worse it gets if I limit myself on my days off I am ok the first couple of Days But I don't dare work more than 5 or6 hours at a time, I am 66 years, overweight and when my feet hurt I don't exercise. so I don't lose weight easy. the best therapy I had was the ultrasound it broke up the scar tissue and did help them heal better, then I got tendonitis in my feet, No more lace up shoes for me, they made the whole foot condition worsen, so I bought clogs, they give my feet room to swell. and there is enuff support in them to lessen the pain and I can wear insoles with them without cramping my feet If I have to. I have been this way for over 15 years, first couple treatments did help but I am always working on my feet,
