I had recovered from two surgeries in a row and was getting back into regular exercise again after not being able to run for over a year. I tore fascia in my foot, and also ended up with tendonitis in my left foot/ankle. This has been a long process, but am finally getting some relief. Night splints help the most, along with ice and stretching as well as physical therapy. It is the worst it has ever been, but I am hopeful that I will see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.
