It's the daily struggle of my life, the pain in my feet start and end my day. The shoes and combo acetaminophen, ibuprofen throughout the day help me get through my work days in a manufacturing company in which I'm on my feet the majority of the 10hr day. The best shoes so far are Aetrex and Therafit. Stretching is helping and notice when I don't stretch enough, keeping hydrated helps as well. When the pain is bad I use a frozen water bottle rolling it under my feet. Working on weight loss through diet.
