I have struggled with foot pain for at least 3 years. Went to see a podiatrist who wanted to do surgery, I just didn't feel that was the answer. Went to another podiatrist for a second opinion who totally disagreed and told me to NEVER allow anyone to operate on my feet for this problem. He referred me to a local shoe store and they changed my shoes which improve me but I still had some pain. I then added orthotics which made me even better but still not where I needed to be. Of course, I did all the stretching and PT, rest and ice all with some relief. Then I had a PT friend who taped my foot and I thought I had died and went to heaven! unfortunately, I couldn't tolerate the taping every day so I found a compression sleeve which I started to where and that was it!!! Haven't had pain since!!!
