Plantar Fasciitis started at end of June 2015 after an extensive day at an amusement park. Pain is somewhat better if I wear raised heel sandals as recommended by podiatrist. I cannot walk for extended periods of time. The pain is always there from morning until night. I would like relief, but am confused by all of the "helps" I see on the internet. Do they work? Doubt it.
