Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection, Weight loss
    Improved
    Rest, Supportive Shoes
    Worsened
    Orthotics

I went to a podiatrist who first gave me a cortisone shot and ordered hard orthotics for my arch. The cortisone seemed to help but the orthotics hurt my heel more than not wearing one. So I got another cortisone shot, lost some weight and wore sneakers with a metal arch support for a few months. After a 3rd cortisone shot, it was greatly improved.
