I first experienced PF in 1998, when I was running quite a bit. I stopped running and the PF eventually went away. Now, it's back and worse than ever. I pulled a muscle in my lower back doing deadlifts at gym and the PF in my right foot is back. I only have no pain with shoe, with PF pads, on my feet. as soon as I take the shoes off, it gets bad.
Anyone know a treatment that might work again?
