Plantar Fasciitis is relieved with cortisone injections for a while, then comes back after a month. In the past the Plantar Fasciitis was relieved for a while. I had a few shots in my foot but it only last for a while. Shoes are supportive for pain wise, and have done major stretching with some minor relief. Most of my problems could be coming from my hip area because of bursitis. I also had injection in this area, which helped with swelling in my ankle.
