It will never go away for good but stretching helps. You do not need to buy anything. Just stretch your toes back towards your shin and hold a minute. It is not important to stretch a great distance just stretch until you feel it, Then point your toe gently for a minute. Repeat several times. Then rest and you will fell tingling which is blood going to to area to heal.
