I had spent over a yr, almost 2 not able to hardly walk. It had seemed to come on over night but I am sure it didnt. I kept researching what this was so I would know what to do for it and I found a site where I could by a bundle of foot care items for the PF. Well, long story short, the night brace I could not get on my myself and since I am older and live alone I had to forgo using that. But right out of the box I put on the oofos flip flops that were suppose to be worn only to rest the feet and legs after wearing and using all the other stuff that came with it. The first week those shoes completely changed my physiology. I would start walking and hear what would sound like firecrackers going off. That was the bones in my feet popping! No, it didnt hurt and actually I didnt feel much of anything when it did this. I also noticed that my toes would now spread! I am betting this sounds silly to alot of people but you have no idea how good it feels when you hadnt been able to before! I wear these shoes from the time I get out of bed until I go back to bed at night. I dont have heal pain anymore but I am still wearing these shoes because my feet, legs and whole body get so tired after wearing other shoes for just a few hours. With the oofos, they give you springy padding so your legs feel almost the same going to bed as when you got up. The plantar fascia on the bottom of my feel feel a bit crunchy if that makes sense, and I am still working on that part, but I am putting all the credit toward the healing of my feet on these shoes. I am about to order my 3rd pair as the spring seems to not be as good after about 3 or so months but then i am a big woman. Others may get alot longer from a pair. The best part is they cost about 40 bucks! I did find a site that had slides and clogs as well as different colors of the thongs. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone whos legs and feet are tired at the end of the day or to give your feet a break during the day. THis site has to colors and other styles. http://www.theinsolestore.com/oofos-footwear.html?gclid=CJrUgLDG_ckCFQGTaQodZVMCqA Hope this helps others. Oh, and I started taking 1/2 of a muscle relaxer at bedtime which also seems to of helped immensely.
