Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection
    Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Sharp pain in the heel area at first. Then the instep area. Most times affecting only one foot at a time. Exercise helped if done before starting the day. The cortisone shots worked for about 5 months each with great results of no pain to very little at times. When the shots wore off, my feet were stiff when I woke up each day. I had to take it slow until I got my footing, then walking was progressing much better. The pain comes and goes depending on my activities. If on my feet all day, at night the pain will return. I have learned to exercise my feet to help relieve the pain.
