Orthotics, Rest, Chiropractor, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

One morning, I awoke and had tremendous pain in front of my left ankle bone near my instep. I almost could not walk and could not remember injuring my foot in any way. The pain continued and I limped badly until I saw my chiropractor who started massage, ultrasound, and e-stim treatments immediately. I was given some stretching exercises and bought very expensive shoes and orthotics. Over a period of about six months, the pain shifted throughout my foot, mainly affecting my instep between my big toe and my heel. The pain has decreased tremendously, however, my foot remains weak and sore most days.
