Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Compression Socks
Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Not Improved

I did initial research on-line as to cause of pain. Started stretching and stair stretching, it helped but not enough. Went to podiatrist, got shot which helped short term and orthotics which continued longer, also got new shoes for the orthotics. Imporovement to about 75% better. Saw an ad for the compression socks. The made a positive change for the better and am now to 95% I am continuing the socks, orthotics and shoes. Stretch occasionally.
