Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Stretching
    Orthotics, Massage

All of a sudden one day I could hardly walk, at first I thought it was a bone spur but it was plantar fasciitis and I am a food server on my feet all day! I was desperate to find relief, I tried everything, massage, exercise, anti inflammatory and stretching. It has finally subsided and since I tried so many things it's hard to say what cured it, I think the prescription drug and exercising helped the most. All I know is I am grateful to be pain free today.
