I started out fine and when I got it I was going in slippers or socks around the house, 24/7. Shoes when I went outside! I iced and finally started stretches and strengthening exercises. Then in Nov I got compression socks and it was over with the last 3 things. Started in Feb. I am 68 yrs old, soon to be 69 and I now walk at least 3 miles per day in the morning and try to get 8-10,000 steps per day now! Always have exercised except last Feb, when my son had a brain tumor removed and I stayed with him for 8 weeks. That is when I got this
