    Massage, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Supportive shoes helped me be able to be more mobile. Massage and stretching only helped for a few minutes. What finally gave me lasting relief was Vitamin B12. A guy on a fb group said he was helped by a B12 injection in his calf, so I did a little research and ordered Solgar B12 5,000mg sublingual. Within 3 days my pain was gone and has stayed gone. I still wear supportive shoes, but I can walk barefoot with no pain now if I want.
