I have been dealing with plantar fascitis for about 2 years off and on. I tried several different things. Roll a golf ball on your foot as often as you are able to. Also (I know this sounds strange) try wearing heels. Doesn't have to be high heels just a shoe with a bigger heel than tennis shoes. It helped me. Also, I bought the insoles (from Walmart) and inserted them in my tennis shoes. Elevate your foot as often also and put ice on it. Exercise also seemed to help on the good days. Walking outside (if able) worked for me. I still have days when it hurts. Wear shoes in the house. I don't like to wear shoes in the house but it did help and no slippers. I was told not to wear flip flops but actually they didn't bother me. Hope this might help someone else out there. I realize everyone is different but even one person helped would be a blessing
