I had the shots. No help. I had the surgery on right foot. Still no help at all. Now the right side of that foot is numb. I have found the best thing so far for me are my shoes. NEVER go barefoot! Just any old shoe won't do either. I am almost 63 and I have started wearing cowboy boots and dress shoes with about 1 inch to 2 inch heal. I Christmas shopped in dress shoes with a 1 1/2 or 2 in. slightly chunky heal a couple days last week. Best my feet have felt in about a year. I have worn New Balance for years but they kill me now. Try it and see if this doesn't help you too. Cowboy boots can be a girls best friend!
