Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection
    Physical Therapy, Orthotics
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Rest, Night splint, Ultrasound Therapy

After two cortisone shots in both feet and still experiencing problems I chose to try acupuncture. This gave me a lot of relief and I feel was the final piece of my recovery. Only wish I had tried it sooner.

By the time I went to acupuncture I had tried PT, ice, night splints, orthotics so I was desperate for relief. The increase in blood flow to the area and reflexology to release the fascia I now only have occasional flare ups.
