Left foot Plantar Fasciitis, 3 years: 1st injection worked until I did an uphill hike; next two did nothing. Purchased several different pair of orthotics all with varying degrees of effectiveness. Taping helped when I needed extra support for a long day on my feet. Stretching and exercise helped the most over time. I found a pair of shoes that didn't need orthotics, Olukai. No more heel pain but mid arch pain starting to develop.
