Compression Socks, Strengthening Exercises, Supportive Shoes, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Physical Therapy, Ultrasound Therapy

A combination of stretching, rest, wearing night splint, and always wear supportive shoes with orthotics have helped trememdously. I occassionally take NSAIDs (Advil) and use ice if a flare up occurs which usually only happens if I am on my feet for several hours at a time.
