Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Night splint, Cortisone Injection
Supplements, Strengthening Exercises, Other, Stretching, Supportive Shoes, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Rest, Massage, Ice, Orthotics
    Not Improved
Physical Therapy, Compression Socks, Ultrasound Therapy

The only thing that has made this bearable and allowed me to walk again is cortisone shots. All of the other tools/treatments gave small relief, but not enough to allow me to walk again without pain. Due to PF I have gained weight because it was hurting so much and made it unbearable to walk. With the cortisone shots I am now able to walk and do more with the stretching exercises.
