Treatment Ratings

    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs
    Almost Cured
    Supportive Shoes, Other
    Ice, Massage, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises
    Not Improved
    Cortisone Injection

Supportive shoes helped big time, orthotics have help, Stretching helps, Rest didn't do a thing, ice helps sometimes , Strengthening exercises help. Anti Inflammatory help with no pain at all for about a month. Cortisone injections did nothing and hurt. I am currently doing Laser treatments which is helping with one foot but not so much with the other. I have been dealing with this for two years and have not found the right treatment yet. It is has been very painful and would love a great solution. I will be going back on Anti inflammatory when finished with Laser Treatment.
