stretching helps with towel i just have to keep at it twice a day doctor said it can take up to a year before it heals after i do my treadmill and then stretch it bothers me than it goes away in the when i first get out of bed it hurts when i take a few steps than the pain goes away so i know its getting better my mistake is when it starts to feel better i back off on the stretching can't do that but it feels better so i don't do my stretching which is wrong have to keep telling myself do you stretching and it will get a lot better using the towel method works the best
