no injury--I used to hiked a lot and feet started hurting ---A LOT---they only got worse from there--the throbbing lead to more and more pain. I had all kinds of treatment...not all treatments but an awful lot of them--and I still have to be careful or I will send my feet into a fit and it takes months to get them where I can walk normal again--I've always had very flat feet --which didn't help my situation...
