I am a teacher, on my feet a lot. Trying to rest, but I also have two young boys at home. Changed my shoes to comfy supporting ones, icing, stretching, physical therapy, all have helped improve things, but pain is still there. Calves are very tight and I am having trouble keeping them loose and pain free too. Use tennis ball daily on feet too. Frustrated.
