Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Compression Socks
Ultrasound Therapy, Yoga, Stretching, Supportive Shoes, Chiropractor, Night splint, Cortisone Injection, Ice, Surgery

I have had bilateral PF for about four years. years of running and ballet caused the injury, i think. first i tried a podiatrist. steroid injections helped for a bit. molded insoles only make it worse. chiropractor helped (TENS unit, ultrasound, adjustment), compression socks allow me to make it through the day. ice alwasy makes it feel better. LIdocain pain patches did not help. arch support shoes (vionic) help, a small wedge heel helps
