Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Cortisone Injection

I can run on a treadmill for maybe ten minutes, then I need 30 min to recover. I have to ice multiple times a day. After a day at work, on my feet mostly and always on concrete, I have to ice and relax. I have a hard time getting anything done. Undergone all conventional means of treatment including PT and Cortisone shots. I was on meloxicam for years. After I declined surgery my podiatrist dis continued my treatment and medication.
