Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Cortisone Injection, Rest
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises, Yoga

Depends on previous days activity level. I was treated with cortisone injection 2 half weeks ago. Next day pain had almost completely subsided. Trying to rest it take anti inflammatory and do a series of stretching exercises. Gradually improving. Prior to starting treatment registered 8.5 on whatever scale they used a device to measure severity of inflamation. I was alsowalking 3-5 miles several days a week.
