Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Not Improved
    Night splint
    Cortisone Injection

I received 4 cortisone injections with little improvement. I use to sleep with a tennis shoe on to keep my foot from pointing during the night. Later got a foot brace, but shoe was just as good. Gel heel pads were life savers! I wore then for years. I tried the stretching excersizes...helped some. I saw 2 different podiatrists and an orthopedic surgeon. I see a chiropractor for other reasons now, and I see that they have treatments for PF. I would certainly try them if it returns.
