Go to gym five days a week on feet a lot wear orthotics in my gym sneakers , if I wear anything else I have to limp . Right foot heel and ankle hurt every day...as of now right foot is 95 percentage better now it's in my left foot!
Had to stop gym group classes only take yoga now hoping that will help
