Treatment Ratings
The first few steps of a morning, or first steps after a period of off my feet are very painful. I am on my feet a minimum of 12 hours a day, up to 17 hours, I have a small cafe and do ALL MY OWN WORK, cooking, waiting tables, and clean up. After about 7-8 hours I'm limping and feet feel sore (heel spur pain too). I've had 2 cortisone in jection about 11 months apart, tried 4 Medrol-dose packs, taking, Monica, had EXPENSIVE CUSTOM MADE ORTHODICS, tried every heat and ice therapy, tried every shoe recommended and this list goes on and on! Last treatment the boot- continued to work long hours but dealt with foot pain for over 7 years, sometimes much worse than it is now, can't remember being pain free in years!
