Suffered for 1 yr. Referred to podiatrist: night splint, stretching exercises, orthotics, series of 3 injections. Little to no improvement after one year.

Surgery cured plantar fasciitis pain, but worsened heel pain. Continued night splint, stretching, orthotics for 6 mths & still no relief! Dr visit 3 weeks ago when I picked up new orthotics & received another injection as he said my heel was very inflamed...fingers crossed that this relief continues. First time in almost 2 yrs that I can stand and walk with very minimal pain.
