Over the course of a year i tried many treatments. I broke down and paid the price for orthotics which were not covered by my isurance. I went to a new balance store and was fitted for some good athletic shoes.Chiripractor adjusted my back. Manipulated my foot and massaged it.i wore compression socks for a while.I took Nsaids. I stood on my feet 12 hrs a day and cried by the end of my shift. Over the years i had my foor adjusted along with my back a few times as soon as i start hurting.i drink elations glucosamine and chondroiton. I lst 30 pounds. I still have occasional flare ups but nothing like before the orthotics. I needed a combination of therapies for relief.
