Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Orthotics, Taping, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Dry Needling
    Not Improved
    Cortisone Injection

My injury came on gradually from playing pickle ball on a hard court, which involved running in different directions. It got worse after wearing flip flops on hard surfaces for a week. I tried everything, I finally realized that my hamstrings were so tight it was causing the pull all the way into my feet. I started stretching my hamstrings several times a day. I could feel it in my heels. I also purchased Vioniv Orthoheel shoes and the inserts for my regular shoes. It does help with the stretching. I also tape my feet with KT tape. Look up the proper way to tape yourself in YouTube. I also have problems with my adductors and abductors. I tape my adductor muscle. This helps me when I play sports. I had to take my care into my own hands. Nothing else helped me. I did the cortisone shots and dry needling for 5 mths.
