Limits the types of exercise and how much exercise I can do. I have a colonial home and launder in the basement. Stairs are difficult nd have altered the way I traverse them. In addition to the plantar fasciaitis, also have posterior tibial tendonitis. Sometimes I limp. I volunteer at the hospital and am on my feet for 4 hour shifts. Also I don't want to spend my days seated. I clean my home, take care of my 91 year old mother. I spend 3-4 hours a day on my feet in the kitchen cooking and clean up. I've spent my life exercising in some form 3-4 days a week -I need to exercise - walking, jogging, biking, treadmill, elliptical, rower, weight macines. I'm disgusted and disappointed that I've had to alter my life so much. Fortunately, I am retired because otherwise, I would be forced to retire.
