Treatment Ratings

    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Stretching

I have a really bad time after rest standing on feet again. Pain is intense at end of day. Can only walk short distances without extreme pain. Can feel tightened cords connecting toes and heels and along side of foot. I have had a night boots that worked well that I used for almost 20 years but gave them away because I had not had any trouble for more than 2 years. Night brace I bought at drug store is ineffective. Had injections 20 years ago but effectiveness was short lived. Use stretching exercises. This occurrence started Memorial Day weekend 2016 when worked 3 12 hour days on my feet. Further irritated July 4 weekend. Has improved and worsened over time but as bad as ever been now.
