    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Ice, Massage, Rest, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Cut back on hiking down to 2 miles 5 days a week . From 5-8 miles before plantar fasciitis . Still standing all day on the job. Orthotics is helping greatly. Still aware of heel pain, but not as severe. No longer sleeping with night splint.
