I'm just starting the road to recovery. I find if I wear the boot when I leave the house to do errands or whatever, it feels better at the end of the day. I found this really cool metal roller filled with gel that you put in the freezer. Using that during the day and evening helps the swelling, pain and it helps in strengthening.
