Graston with laser therapy has helped more than anything else. I am a runner & cyclist, work at a cancer center. I need healthy feet because I am always on the go. I got plantar when I was training for a marathon last summer and I have tried everything! I soak my feet in epson salt about every day (helps soreness). I also tape my feet (when running) with rock tape.
