NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Massage, Taping, Supportive Shoes

Suffering from PF in R foot for almost a year. Repeated cortisone injections brought temporary relief. Orthotics made it worse. Stretching, taping, icing relieve but pain returns with wt.bearing activities. Have updated shoes, stopped frustrated!
