Left heel pain for 5 months. Did exercises, stretching and ect..had cortisone injection. Appeared to bring relief for 2 months off and on. If over did activity would be sore in heel. Had a supportive boot made, which felt good only briefly,as it tended to make heel hurt again, and was very expensive! I've spent alot of $ on different shoe inserts. Buying fitflops has helped with heel pain wearing them in house. So frustrating. Do not feel like having another injection,as I know they are not a cure, and can soften tissue in foot.
