Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Night splint, Stretching, Graston Technique
    Orthotics, Ice, Massage, Strassburg Sock
    Not Improved
    Taping, Strengthening Exercises

It was a 3 year journey. I stopped running, added orthotics, icing, and taping which helped but still could not run but continued to walk and bicycle. Next was calf massage and Graston which got me about 90% there. Then stretching cured me so I could run again. Then a couple years down the road, it was back. New orthotics, night splint/Strassburg Sock and stretching kept me running and finally cured again. Now stretching and/or night splint during minor flare ups keeps me going. No problems in years.
