Hurt my ankle/ running and hiking... and then developed Plantar Fasciatis after on opposite foot ... then ankle started hurting again. Went through physical therapy and cortisone shots and that didn't help much...what is working ...is my new shoes .. Arcopedico boots are the best! Also, Hoka tennis shoes have been a life saver. I do stretch out at night and wear my night splint and it seems to be finally healing ... it's been about a year.
