I have suffered from PF for 5 years in both feet. I have tried everything from doctor made orthotics, boots, multiple rounds of physical therapy, several types of inserts, stretches, ice, prednisone, anti-inflammatories, and finally surgery. Radical surgery helped one foot but now I am suffering in the other foot. Now I am suffering not only PF but tendonitis and other pain in my foot. I feel like I have tried it all and nothing has helped.
