If dry needling is acuPreasure,this worked great. Almost looked like a crochet hook. She dug into my hurt for a couple of days bad. Then got much least I could get out of bed without lots of pain. Have here massage my foot about once a month. I also use a ball to breakup all the crunchy stuff. Roll foot on it and then put ice on it. Way better!
